Order confirmation

When you order from us, you will receive confirmation that the order is being processed after completing the order. Do you not receive an order confirmation? Then check your Spam messages or check the email address you entered. Is the e-mail address incorrect? Send us a correction at

To send

We can only offer mail and packages on weekdays (Monday to Friday) at PostNL & DPD. When you place your order on weekdays before 4 p.m. and immediately pay with iDeal or Paypal, we can ship within 2 days.

Shipping confirmation

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us around 5 p.m. You will receive a Track & Trace code, with which you can track parcels, in the late evening as soon as the parcel has been scanned by the carrier.


Letterbox mail is usually delivered the next working day by PostNL. They deliver from Tuesday to Saturday. In some regions PostNL uses a Di Do Za scheme. This means that the postman only delivers on Tuesdays, Thursdays or Saturdays.

If you live outside the Netherlands, and if you order just before or during public holidays or holidays, take extra shipping time into account.

Parcel post is delivered by DPD as standard, usually the next working day. They deliver from Monday to Saturday. Note: DPD does NOT deliver to PO boxes or business reply numbers!

Not at home

Are you not at home to receive a package and is delivery to the neighbors also not possible? Then DPD will do their utmost to get the package to you as quickly as possible.

DPD will deliver your package to the nearest Pickup parcelshop after the first delivery attempt. With more than 1500 Pickup parcelshops in the Benelux, there is always one near you. Your package will remain available for collection for 7 days. Then the package will be returned to us.

Drop consent

Despite the fact that a sender of a parcel is liable for the delivery of a parcel, TRI poloski cannot be held liable for lost or not received parcels that you have delivered with a DPD 'drop-down permission'.

Parcels with a 'deposit permission' are no longer traceable after leaving / delivery by DPD.



It always sucks if you order some fresh gear and it doesn't fit the way you wanted.

To make sure we can really help you and everything remains smooth, we ask you guys to fill in our contactform if there are any complains, misplaced orders or other things.

Item not received in good condition

If your product / order is damaged or incomplete immediately upon receipt, we request that you contact us within 5 days via the contact form on the right side of the page. We are happy to provide a suitable solution. After 5 days we will no longer process defect orders.

Note: For proper handling, we do not process text messages, WhatsApps and Facebook messages.

Exchange and return

Did you change youre mind? Does your product not meet your expectations and would you like to return?

Please observe the following rules:

  • You will contact us within 14 days
  • Have the invoice or order number at hand
  • You bring or return the product in / with the original packaging and is / are packaged in such a way that damage is avoided together with a copy of the purchase invoice
  • Products that are used, damaged or incomplete are not eligible for a full refund.
  • In case of return, we would like to hear the account number on which you want to receive a refund. If you have bought through the webshop, this must also be the account number with which you paid.

If you prefer a different item, return the wrong items to us and place a new order. The first order will be credited and refunded as soon as possible (no later than 14 days).

Costs in case of withdrawal

If you want to make use of your right of withdrawal, the costs of returning will be for your account. We will refund the amount paid as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the return or cancellation.

If you have ordered multiple products and you decide to return only part of them, TRI poloski will settle the original shipping costs and / or not return them at all.
